A hermetic brother and sister are forced to take drastic action when their estranged father returns, threatening to sell the farm they've worked hard for years to maintain. With a large corporate farm buying up all the land in the area, siblings Ida and Aaron are struggling to hold onto the family farm. When their volatile money hungry father unexpectedly returns after years of absence they learn he has already made a deal with the head of the corporation; promising to sell his half of the farm. But in order to sell Lloyd needs to get the deeds that Ida has safely hidden. As their father increases his efforts to obtain the farm, his behaviour becomes more violent and erratic leaving Ida and Aaron fearing for their lives as well as their home. |
