Synopsis:
Ex-cop, Tom Coletti (Frank Vincent) has stolen bonds from his employer, a NJ bank.
After his "fence" is murdered, Tom is targeted by both the local mob and the original "buyers", both seeking to escalate the small-time theft into a major score.
Tom's daughter and his ex-partner become trapped in the web of violence when they try to help.
