Synopsis:
While on assignment in a small southern town, a black OSHA man is trapped in a blood-chilling plot of racism and eroticism involving two sexy country girls and an ingeniously insane dam maintenance man who lures him into the dam tunnels, where the terrorunfolds in a surprising series of twists and turns.
