Synopsis:
Arranged Marriages is a hilarious story of a young man named Rej of East Indian descent who works in a video store.

He has taken strong interest to a caucassian girl named Monique. His family decides on his behalf that he must have an arranged marriage. They send for the bride from India.His family members and friends from the video store all chime their opinions. The males insists he should get laid, as often as possible, before submitting to any marriage commitment. The girls on the other hand think he should follow his heart.

Rej's parents think his cousin jack is the perfect son. Jack is about to be married to a girl from India his parents have chosen for him. Charming but ruthless, Jack teaches Rej how to score with girls, expecting to carry on his affairs after marriage.

It is written in a comedic style of Bal Samra which is not comparable to any other movie. His character dialogue and comedy leaves yourself laughing histerically .Arranged marriages is an insightful comedy on how East traditional cultures clash with Western Society. Individuals of Asian ancestry can relate to this while North Americans can get an understanding.
